I sketch events, moments, buildings, flowers, animals...

The digital sketches produced on the iPad are always quick sketches, as I work speedily to capture the social movement against the still architectural background.

​

Whatever medium I am working in, I endeavour to reproduce the atmosphere, or the feeling, of that place at that time.

 

Living in Somerset, I took inspiration from the county's meadows and sand dunes to produce a series of canvases using acrylic paint.  These were exhibited in galleries in Bath, Wells and Timsbury.

 

I have been delighted to work with the Bath Male Choir, sketching concerts and tours, and their latest CD cover.

Most recently, Bath Komedia featured my design for their spring brochure.
